Campaigns & series with AI.
One brief, many assets.
You write the brief. A campaign head carries claim, goal and audience; a matrix plans hero, cutdown, bumper, vertical and story by length, format and language. Cutdown and bumper are cut from the hero instead of generated again. One server run, one collective export. Included in Studio, Agency, Broadcast and Network.
A campaign set is a parent project that carries the one idea of a campaign (claim, goal, audience, master CTA, languages, channels) plus the concept bible with characters, look and sound. The assets are child projects: hero spot, cutdown, bumper, vertical hook, story and proof, each with length, format and language. Every asset inherits the bible and starts at the shot list. Cutdown and bumper are cut from the hero material instead of generated again: no new Veo seconds, a quarter unit. One server run works through all assets in the right order and shows beforehand what it costs in units and Veo seconds. In a series the assets are episodes; each starts with a real recap of the previous one. The set is part of the business plans Studio, Agency, Broadcast and Network.
What does Picco-AI ask before a campaign starts?
Six things, once: the claim, the campaign goal (pre-orders, sign-ups, reach), the audience, the master CTA, the languages and the channels. Phase 1 turns this into the concept bible with characters, look, sound and tension arc. Every asset inherits it. Whatever you leave blank, the pipeline decides as it would for a single project. Whatever you fill in goes into every prompt of every asset.
How do you plan the assets of a campaign?
In a matrix, not a list. Every row is an asset with role, length, format, language, channels and origin. Two templates pre-fill the matrix: “Funnel” (hero, cutdown, bumper, vertical) and “Social set”. You change what does not fit, up to 24 assets. “Generated” costs one unit and Veo seconds, “cut from the hero” costs a quarter unit and no Veo second. The example below is a six-asset campaign in two languages for approx. 4.5 units.
The role decides what an asset has to do: the hero tells, the cutdown condenses, the bumper lands in six seconds, the vertical hook grabs in the first two seconds, the story explains, the proof backs it up.
Fixed lengths: 6, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds. The format follows the channel, and the safe zones of the platform are respected at render time.
An English hero next to the German one is one more row, not a second campaign. Channels are a column of the matrix.

How does a campaign run through — and what does it cost?
With one click, in the right order: the hero first, because cutdown and bumper need its material, then all generated assets, the cut ones last. Before the start the asset panel shows the cost preview, for example “approx. 2.25 units · 2 generated · 1 cut from hero · ≈ 72 s Veo”, and checks it against your monthly quota. An asset that fails does not block the others. The run can be cancelled and resumed per asset.
How do series differ from campaigns?
A series has episodes instead of roles, and the episodes are connected in time. Every episode starts from the shared bible with a real recap of the previous episode and with the season arc in mind. If you change the bible, the tool flags the episodes with an outdated bible and applies the update on request. Shots with your characters are checked against your reference photos across all episodes.
The recap block of every episode comes from the shot list and stage results of the episode before. Cliffhangers and character state travel along.
Episodes carry the version number of the bible they were born from. If it differs, the panel shows “bible outdated” and offers a re-seed, before phase 2 costs money.
Which plans include campaign sets?
In the business plans from Studio upward: Studio (€699 per month, approx. 15 teasers of 45 s), Agency (€1,199, approx. 26), Broadcast (€3,499, approx. 76) and Network (€6,999, approx. 152; guide values per month, not limits) — each with commercial rights and invoicing. In Free, Creator and the Business plan (€349) the function is visible but locked; the tool shows the plan notice instead of the form. A campaign asset counts like a project (one unit), an asset cut from the hero a quarter. Example: the six-asset campaign above uses approx. 4.5 units.
All statements about what a plan includes are rough guide values without guarantee. The plan description and terms at the time of purchase apply.
