Teaser-Factory turns an idea into a finished film teaser — automatically, in a fraction of the time a classic production takes. The software orchestrates script, storyboard, video, music and voice-over into one cut, ready-to-use result: a visual pitch for filmmakers before the first day of shooting, a finished campaign video for marketing teams. Made in Berlin by Alexander Ratter, developed in collaboration with the film production company Picco-Studio and its AI-film brand Picco-Vision.
Picco was black —

The logo shows him in his iconic form: lightened, with an AI visor, turned towards the horizon. Not because we are changing the story — but because we are carrying it forward. That is what the brand does too.

From an idea to a production pipeline.
Alexander Ratter establishes Picco-Studio as a film lab and production company — with a founding belief: AI should amplify professional craft, not replace it. The mission: build AI production tools that practitioners actually deserve.
In collaboration with Picco-Studio, development of Teaser-Factory begins — a fully automated AI pipeline for professional teaser and trailer production. Architecture, engine integration and core pipeline are established.
Teaser-Factory enters beta with the first approved studios and agencies. Real-world production runs validate the pipeline across post-production and marketing workflows.
AI generation is fully managed via the Teaser-Factory subscription; an optional local Ollama model is available for Phase 1. The pipeline runs on macOS, Windows and Linux with complete offline capability for the concept phase and DSGVO-compliant operation.
Teaser-Factory becomes its own company: Teaser-Factory UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G., based in Berlin and led by Alexander Ratter — developed in collaboration with Picco-Studio and Picco-Vision.
