Billing details (business customers)

By submitting you make a binding offer to conclude a founders subscription; the contract is concluded upon our confirmation e-mail. All prices plus statutory VAT (shown on the invoice). Fixed contract term of 12 months without ordinary termination during the term; the fee for the entire term is payable in advance at contract start (activation of access) by invoice and bank transfer; no pro-rata refund; the right to extraordinary termination for cause remains unaffected. The contract renews for successive 12-month periods unless terminated with three months notice to the end of the term; the founders price applies for the first 12 months, thereafter the then-current list price. Price changes are announced at least six weeks in advance in text form. Once our online checkout is available, billing will be migrated — your conditions remain unchanged.
