VAT

VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a UStG: provided on request. Sales to end customers are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record, which charges and remits any applicable VAT/sales tax.

Online order processing (Merchant of Record)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer-service enquiries and returns. Paddle privacy notice: paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.
