What counts as one project?
One project = one complete production run from Phase 1 (concept) through Phase 3 (NLE export). Feedback loops within the same project do not count as additional projects.Can I use the free version commercially?
No. The free tier is a 1-month free trial for personal / non-commercial evaluation (clean export, 1 project). Commercial use — client work, advertising, brand or revenue-generating content — is included from any paid plan, which also unlocks your monthly project volume and full output resolution.Do I need my own API keys?
No. Teaser-Factory orchestrates the AI services (reasoning engine, Nano Banana 2, Veo, AI music, AI voice-over) and the AI generation is included in your subscription quota — no separate API keys required. Optionally you can additionally connect a local Ollama model for Phase 1; it runs fully offline.Where does my data run?
Phase 1 (concept) and Phase 3 (post) can run fully locally via a local LLM through Ollama on your own machine. Project files, character and location tokens never leave your device unless you explicitly use a cloud AI service.What does the public beta cost?
Nothing. Teaser-Factory is currently in a free public beta — you only pay for your own AI service usage. Pricing will be announced via the newsletter.
