Withdrawal Instructions & Refund Policy

For consumers (B2C)

This is a non-binding English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity, the German version of this document shall prevail and is solely legally binding.

1. Payment & refunds via Paddle

The seller and Merchant of Record for your purchase is Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd.). Refunds are therefore processed via Paddle; a direct refund by us is not possible. You can submit a refund request via the link in your Paddle purchase confirmation or at paddle.net, or contact us at info@picco-studio.com — we will forward your request to Paddle.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Picco-Studio Production Ltd., Agias Fylaxeos 46, 3025 Limassol, Zypern (CY), info@picco-studio.com) or Paddle as the seller by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by email) of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

3. Early lapse of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal lapses once we have begun performance after you have (a) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and (b) confirmed your knowledge that, by consenting, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance (§ 356 (5) BGB). We obtain this consent and confirmation expressly during checkout before the purchase.

4. Consequences of withdrawal

If you effectively withdraw from this contract, we or Paddle will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. If you requested that a service should begin during the withdrawal period, you owe a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to withdrawal compared with the total scope of the service agreed (§ 357 BGB).

6. Voluntary refunds beyond the right of withdrawal

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, there is no claim to a refund, in particular not after activation of the license or after the right of withdrawal has effectively lapsed. Billing periods already begun are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. Paddle may grant refunds at its own discretion (typically within 14 days of purchase); your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Cancellation instead of refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time so that no further payments are incurred — simply via the "Cancel contracts here" button on our cancellation page. You retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

8. Free first month (€0 trial)

If the subscription is concluded with a free first month, no payment is due during that month. If you cancel before the end of the free month, no costs are incurred and there is nothing to refund. A payment obligation begins only upon the automatic conversion to the paid term, which we notify you of in advance by email. Your statutory right of withdrawal under section 2 remains unaffected.
