You can cancel your Picco-AI subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is handled via the secure Paddle customer portal.

- Access until period end: You retain full access to Picco-AI until the end of your current billing period, even after cancelling.
- No refund for current period: The subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges only.
- Data deletion: Your account data (name, email, license key, generated content) will be permanently deleted 30 days after your subscription expires, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your access expires via your account page.

You can also cancel by sending an email to info@teaser-factory.de. Please include your registered email address and license key. We will process your cancellation and confirm by reply email within 2 business days.
