Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your Teaser-Factory subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is handled via the secure Paddle customer portal.
Before you cancel — stay at a lower plan?
Downgrade to Concept (€14.99/mo) and keep Phase-1 access — concept bibles, shot lists, storyboards — without any monthly video quota. No cancellation, just a smaller plan.

What happens when you cancel?
- Access until period end: You retain full access to Teaser-Factory until the end of your current billing period, even after cancelling.
- No refund for current period: The subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges only.
- Data deletion: Your account data (name, email, license key, generated content) will be permanently deleted 30 days after your subscription expires, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time before your access expires via your account page.
Cancellation by email
You can also cancel by sending an email to production@picco-studio.com. Please include your registered email address and license key. We will process your cancellation and confirm by reply email within 2 business days.
