Refund Policy (Businesses)
For business customers (B2B)Effective: 16.06.2026
1. No consumer right of withdrawal
This policy applies to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (§§ 312g, 355 BGB) does not apply to entrepreneurs.
2. No refund, no pro-rata repayment
Purchased subscriptions and services are non-refundable. No pro-rata refund of fees already paid is granted — for example upon early cancellation, non-use or reduction of use within the term. The agreed minimum term remains binding.
3. Handling via Paddle (Merchant of Record)
The seller and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd.). Where a refund is mandatory by law or granted by Paddle at its own discretion, it is processed exclusively via Paddle; a direct refund by us is not possible. Requests via the link in the Paddle purchase confirmation, at paddle.net or via info@picco-studio.com.
4. Warranty
Statutory rights for defects and the provisions of our Terms for businesses remain unaffected. In the event of a defect we provide subsequent performance; a claim for a monetary refund exists only subject to the statutory requirements.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation is governed by our Terms for businesses (12-month term, renewal, notice period). Cancellation ends future payment obligations at the end of the term but does not create a refund claim for the current period.
