What do I need to use Picco-AI?

Required: internet connection and a Picco-AI license key (free to request). The AI generation for reasoning (Claude by default), stills, video and music is included in your Picco-AI subscription — no separate AI provider keys or accounts needed for those steps. Exception — voice: AI voice-over runs through your own ElevenLabs account and is billed directly by ElevenLabs. Optionally, you can additionally connect a local Ollama model for Phase 1 (concept) that runs offline.

Do I need to configure anything, or can it run automatically?

Every concept variant commits to an explicit dramaturgical structure, drawn from established narrative and trailer theory and matched to project type and length. Characters get want, need and change before a single frame is generated.

Tension arc and cutting rhythm

The pipeline constructs the tension arc and fixes the shot order. Cutting rhythm is a dimension of its own: it varies between concept variants, Expert mode hands it to you, and vertical gets a different one from 16:9.

Director references and continuity

Expert mode opens director and film references, 16 aesthetic modes and camera-movement presets. A consistency system holds characters and locations across every shot, and realism is graded shot by shot.
